Tango started the way most good things do — out of stubbornness and a cast iron skillet. We wanted a hot sauce that actually tasted like something. Not just heat. Not just vinegar. Real, layered flavor built from real ingredients.

We source the best chiles we can find, roast them properly, and blend them by hand in small batches in Los Angeles. Every bottle gets the same attention whether it's the first or the ten thousandth.

The name “Tango” is about the dance between heat and flavor — they move together, never apart. That balance is what makes Tango different. It's hot sauce for people who actually like food.
